The problem came with the wifi network pair mode, make the light strip flicker or flashing for 3 minutes and it will stop. NOTE: the remote control can not
be used while the light strip is flashing during network pairing.

Terrible product. The app works maybe 10% of the time, and when it does its only for 1 or 2 commands and then the lights just stop responding. If you tell it to turn off via the app they often will not come back on unless you unplug them for like 30 seconds then plug them back in. Even with the app the brightness doesn’t respond. The remote just straight up doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time and go with something better

You’ll need a 3 wired connector kit and not the two wire
This is a wire LED strip – be sure to get the right connectors – ask me how I know…lol. I’m sure it’s almost common sense now, but most of the LED kits I’ve worked with were just simple two wire set ups. If the color is adjustable (various wattage) then it’s more than likely a 3 wire setup. Looks fantastic and the color options are many – one should fit your mood. 🙂

Very bright, questionable app
I bought the 32-footer for my living room and it’s very bright! Using the Tuya app, I could only dim to about 10%, even though it indicates 1% brightness. After a few months I ditched the supplied controller and Tuya app & used a PWM WLED controller as they don’t have the dropped wi-fi connection issues that Tuya or Smart Home (and other) apps have. Using the WLED controller, I could dial it down to true 1% 👍. Changing temperature is smooth, very minimal stutter or flicker when dimming, too. Since this is my primary source of light, I need it to be dependable and infinitely adjustable.So I used this strip and a different (PWM WLED) controller, and the results are very pleasing. Sure, I had to spend another $20, but the results are worth it. Next time I’ll just buy this strip w/o a controller.

Unreliable junk
Junk barely lasted 1 year and broken. Difficult to use app, shaky integration with Google home. Would not recommend/ever buy again.I bought 3 of these and only ever used one. Well, its broken in just 1 year and 1 week. Its been safely installed in an adult home under a desk. No strain on plugs or anything.It regularly has just “disappeared” from Google home, the light controls from the app are all confused now and won’t even let me turn it back on. My guess is a cheap internal component or shoddy assembly is to blame. Won’t buy from them again.Oh, and their app is perpetually trying to grab more permissions.

Great Lights
This is definitely one of the better LED lights I bought would highly recommend and most likely going to buy more for under my cabinets in the kitchen they have good brightness and full controllable from the app and easy to set up just takes 5 mins. You can control the warmth and the brightness all from the tip of your finger tips! Brightness of these lights are a 7/10 still great but not as cheap as the other ones overall product review is a 9/10

Good lights for our kitchen remodel
Used for under cabinet lighting in our kitchen remodel. Easy to use app and nice shades of warm white light. Solid connectors and reliable, stable connections to wifi.

Completely Disfunctional
Awful lights, Even after pairing them they are uncontrollable, they just stay on and reset every minute or so. Nothing about these lights work, the control box, the remote, the app, nothing. I contacted customer service and never heard back so I decided to replace them through Amazon hoping I had just received a bad batch….Nope. The second pair had the exact same thing wrong with them. The most I was able to do was change the color once immediately after turning them on but as soon as you go to do it again it doesn’t work. They are just completely unresponsive, not to mention if you leave them on for more then 5 minutes they get hot, dangerously hot. Stay away from these.
