Excellent for outdoors and great company that stands by their product!!!
I purchased this TV for my covered outdoor pool area. I wanted to be able to watch football in the fall and winter without having to worry about bringing a TV inside. I was happy with this TV for about 90 days and then the picture froze. I contacted the Sylvox support team via email and after going over some troubleshooting, they determined the TV was not working and was under warranty 100% and the next day I had a new TV on my front porch. I was able to replace the TV and take the old one down. I put the old one back in the box and they are going to pick it up tomorrow. It cost me nothing to have the TV replaced. The company and support staff did a great job in standing by their product and replacing it under warranty without any hassle. They really stood by the product. I currently have my new TV up and hanging ready to watch football without missing a single week. I am excited to continue watching outdoor television by my pool, even into the winter all the way up to the Super Bowl. As for the product itself, it is a great TV. I have it hanging in a semi bright sunlight area. The area where we have, it can be enclosed or open with screen or plastic curtains. The picture is great in full sunlight or at night in the dark. The sound also is great whether it is in stereo or Dolby, it provides a great surround sound effect. it also has a screen off function if you want to use it for Pandora or for Amazon music just to play music the sound is great and carries very far. I went with this TV because it seems to be the only one in the market that is fully outdoor and water proof. Although I do not have it hanging in an area where it would be affected by water or rain I can rest peacefully, knowing that even if there is a heavy storm, I don’t have to worry about moisture. Given the quality of the TV so far and the excellent service provided by the warranty and support staff I would highly recommend this TV for anyone using a TV in a fully outside arena.

NICE OUT DOOR TV
It works it only had 2 days of 32 degrees so far. Full test next winter. It very well built. This is my first Google tv. Got to say it’s platform works real wellI usually by vizio. Needed a cold weather for my shopThis one is the ticket so for. Nice remote. Sylvia is the only outdoor tv I would buyAll you airBnB folks down south with out door patios. This is the one.it has a warranty and I bought the Amazon 3 year extension.

Great out of product.
This TV has worked great for us. We have it under a covered patio l. It’s very sturdy and clearly made to withstand the elements. Picture is great. WiFi works great. No issues with it all. Sound is good enough at the moment but I don’t have it connected to a soundbar or any other speakers which I will likely do in the spring. Customer service of theirs is very responsive on any questions issues or concerns.

Good TV, terrible sound
I’ve used over the years regular TVs for outdoor patio covered from the rain and direct sun, but temperature go from 25 to 100 degrees. Regular TVs last about 5 years. The last one, the led panel came off, but after 5 years.I decided to try an outdoor tv and Ingot this one with very high hopes. Well here’s may assessment:4k resolution – greatColor contrast – not so great, no way to customize a lot. Just standard options.Brightness – amazingWeight – at least twice a reglaje TV. Normal due to the protective enclosing.Sound – not good. Sounds hollow, but I added a Sound bar and now it’s amazing!It’s worth the buy

Great TV and customer service
Great TV. Set it up next to our pool on a lift and works great in the day of night. Much cheaper than other options and cannot tell any difference in quality from much more expensive TV brands. Had one issue with the TV and customer service responded quickly and we recieved a replacement TV with no hassle. The TV works perfectly. Highly recommend on price, quality, and cuttings service.

One broke first time we powered it up, replacement arrived damaged, done
Got the 65 inch pool pro. Came in a dirty box with holes but appeared undamaged. Got it installed. Worked great for one movie and the first quarter of a football game. Decent picture in direct sun. Then it stopped working. Backlit a bit but no picture, no sound. Presumed fried circuit board. None of the methods for resetting worked. Processed return and arranged replacement delivery. Replacement came in a cleaner box but with a full thickness gash. When I went to install mount you could see it had been mounted before. Dents at mounting sites. Also a very big ding in the back metal case. Some unremovable adhesive on the front frame. I didn’t want the damaged tv so went to process return or exchange. Was told you can only exchange once. It might be an ok tv but I’ll have to buy it somewhere else.

I did my review research on finding the best TV for my outside patio. I’m so glad I decided on Slyvox. As you can see the picture quality is amazing, and audio is fantastic! Features like weatherproof was important to me. Also the company cares about their customers! I had to contact customer support about an issue I had and they were prompt to reply and resolved my issue!!

Absolutely fantastic TV! I’ve never had an actual outdoor TV and what a difference! The picture is way brighter than indoor TVs and the sound is audible without turning it all the way up.I purchased an outdoor rated Furrion first because the price was better but quickly discovered it was not smart, had black lines on the screen right out of the box and the remote felt like I would break it if I pushed a button. Immediately repackaged it and returned it.I found this TV after more research and pulled the trigger. After unpackaging, the set up took about 10 minutes and another 10 to mount it. Picture is very sharp and crystal clear, sound quality is fine for my usage (sports, NASCAR, and basic TV).TV and remote both feel very sturdy and appear to be high quality. Size was exactly as ordered and overall seems to be well worth the money. 5 stars and would definitely purchase again!
