Q: How to connect the smart health watch for the first time?
1. Please turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone before use.
2. Find and enter the Play Store or App Store, search and download APP “DA FIT”.
3. Enter the ( Da fit ) app, find “T45S” for binding (please fully charge the first time you use it).
4. Open the phone settings, turn on Bluetooth, find Audio “T45S”, and click to connect.
5. Swipe down the screen and find notifications then turn on the “PHONE” function.
6. After the connection is successful, you can use the blood pressure watch dial to control the phone to make calls, you can also answer calls on the watch, and you can view the call history information and contacts of the watch.
Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
2. If the Da Fit App can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “reset”.) Then try again.
3. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the Da Fit App, Install the Da Fit App and try again.

Great smartwatch for price
This was a great purchase for the price. I needed a watch with a second hand quickly for clinicals, I usually only wear a Fitbit with the time. You can choose from different clocks on the watch face. There’s also different wallpapers, etc to choose from. The battery also last pretty long, about 3 days in between charges. My only complaints are that I have to take it off before showering. The screen touch feature is extremely sensitive and the water hitting it touches the screen for you, which resulted in me unknowingly making phone calls at 1 in the morning while I was showering. The other complaint is that making calls on it aren’t a viable option if you want the person you’re calling to actually be able to hear you. Also, it disconnects from your phone by itself pretty frequently. All around impressed by it, though.

It tells time and it keeps track of your steps. The rest is intermittent. Sometimes it tracks sleep sometimes it doesn’t. It shows sunshine when it’s raining out. It measures blood pressure high.Its a cheap watch. You get what you pay for. I’ll keep it for counting steps.

The product is good but I have a 4 because the charger isn’t that great. You have to be very careful with the charger because it stops working because of the magnetic pieces. This is the second one I have ordered in the last 5 years.
