Finally an excellent quality, “Renewed Excellent”, device! 10/10
Over the past few months I have been ordering and returning a variety of Macbooks and iPads because the 3rd party sellers on amazon have sent me either poor quality devices or chinese models (No apple intelligence, etc). I eventually resorted to buying new devices, but I returned those devices shortly after because I didn’t feel good about the cost of buying new.So I decided to give this one a shot, and WOW did they come in clutch. They sent me a PERFECT condition iPad Pro M4 13 inch, the exact configuration I ordered. The battery health is 100% with only 7 cycles. There are NO scratches on the screen or body, the color is perfect. Limited warranty is still available until next March! (Post written on 9/11/25). The speakers and screen, tandem OLED display work perfectly, and it came with the original box and charger. All for $920, $400 less than new. I was even able to order a renewed excellent magic keyboard and spent less than buying new for just the ipad. Overall I took the gamble and won, so a great value for the money.Buying renewed on amazon is the way to go, but you might have to order and return the items a few times until they send you an actual renewed excellent quality device. Thank you amazon for finally sending me a good condition product!

Very good product
I bought i iPad Pro 13 inch in excellent condition and i was worried there would be scratches on the screen but it came almost perfect except a small scratch on the camera bump ( not the camera). But it works amazing and came better than i anticipated, i recommend buying.

The iPad Pro 13” M4 arrived on time and was well packaged in a replacement box with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it protected during shipping. The package included a non-original charger.The iPad itself was in very good condition and looked almost like new. I did not notice any visible signs of use or damage.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this seller.

It came in the original box with original paperwork, charger, and charging block. The screen and body are in PERFECT condition. It only had 7 cycles when I received it and the battery health was at 100%. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely be looking into this company for my next renewed purchase!! 😄 also shipping only took a day. It shipped out within an hour of me ordering it. Perfect condition! It’s a beautiful tool and I’m so happy to have it. Shipping took longer which was FedEx’s delay, but the iPad was shipped in great padding with care.
