Excellent Windows 11 Laptop from Coolby
Very easy to set up this laptop in terms of your Windows 11 with easy Wifi connectivity. Speed is excellent. Plenty of RAM space to work on multiple applications simultaneously. The battery life is excellent as well. The pricing is excellent. I am very happy for this purchase.

This laptop is very good for work and games in my opening the design is nice and has that brand new feeling to it it’s light weight I carry it around everywhere and the WiFi connection is incredible imo the USB ports are helpful it’s a lot to use I plug my headset and others into it. This laptop is good for the ones who want a cheaper but good option

A great value for the money!
I’m an experienced and relatively proficient personal computer user who primarily uses Apple devices. However, I recently needed to use software that doesn’t run “native” on Mac and so decided to buy a relatively powerful Windows machine.After researching my options, I settled on a Coolby RiaBook 15.6inch Windows 11 laptop, with 12GB RAM and a 256GB SSD. After purchasing this machine, setting it up, and performing some initial geographic data analyses using the software I bought it for I am well satisfied. I’m impressed with the Coolby’s performance and bang for the buck.Unboxing and startup were simple. The fingerprint reader was easily configured and works well. There was a bare minimum of bloatware, though I did fall for an invitation to install “Software Store” that introduced an annoying advert for McAfee Antivirus. (A pox upon McAfee!)The physical build of the machine seems fine; it feels solid but doesn’t weigh too much. The display quality is good, and the selection of I/O ports includes 3 USB-A ports (2×3.0, 1×2.0) and 2 USB-C ports. Built-in HDMI allows the connection of an external motor without need for a dongle. I was able to connect all the peripherals I needed without difficulty. It ran the demanding software that I purchased it for smoothly and processing was fast. Bluetooth and WiFi performance are excellent. Twelve gigabytes of RAM are sufficient for my needs, but because I will be using it in remote locations without cell service I would have purchased a larger SSD if that were an option. I would also like to have access to a more detailed manual and specification sheet, but these will not be needed by most users.I’ve had this machine for over a week, and I’ve certainly put it through its paces. Based upon this I can give the Coolby a 5-star review! I’ve been using personal computers since the Apple II days, and getting this much processing power for so little money is remarkable!

THIS IS A PIECE OF JUNK!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!! If I could give this zero rating, I would!!!It worked for 7 months, then a pop up said to plug in the charger…the charging unit WAS plugged in. I properly pulled out the charging cord (C-type) and it fell apart! The metal part stayed in the laptop and just wiring pulled away from the metal piece in the laptop!! I ordered a new charging unit and plugged it in to charge. The laptop will not turn on!!!I contacted their customer service department, located in “El Paso, TX” and I am still waiting for a response. (one week later). I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they cannot get the laptop to turn on. The RAM is hard wired to the system, and they cannot pull it out!!DON’T BUY THIS PIECE OF CHINA JUNK!!!!I had to buy another personal computer…and it has NOTHING to do with this crap company.Edit: Geek Squad was unable to get the POS to start up. ALL OF MY DATA STORED IN THE COMPUTER IS LOST!!! I feel like i was violated by Coolby China!!!!!!! DON’T BUY!!

So far this laptop is really good . The sound isn’t that loud at all so I just bought a Bluetooth speaker but other than that everything else checks out
