Loving this phone
I ordered the phone easy activation for eSIM card and had service in 5 minutes. I got a good version no scratches cracks or anything very happen was unlocked 0 complaints buy it!!

Exactly as pictured. No issues at all and hope we dont experience any. Not slow or laggy either. No dents or scratches or damages when it arrived. So far so good. Battery life on it seems to last a day in a half which is good too. Immediately put a case on it and dropped it a couple times still no dent or scratches.

Unlocked
This phone was suppose to be unlocked and it wasn’t. Now I have spent money on trying to get it unlocked. Sometimes paying a little extra is better

Pleasantly surprised!
I was so nervous getting this phone off Amazon. It came early and is and has worked perfect. Camera is perfect. Had a couple cosmetic scratches on the back but nothing worth being upset over when buying refurbished.

At first the phone wouldn’t connect but I went to my line provider and got the issue resolved other than that the battery life was peefwct and no dents or issues/ defects were found

Difficult Product
I ordered it unlocked which was more expensive than the locked phone. It was locked with verizon. It was also delivered to the wrong address. I am disappointed. I also bought the Renewed quality that was supposed to be great but there are many cosmetic defects. It’s been a head ache to unlock it. I wish I could get money back considering it isn’t even unlocked yet I paid more.
